Kelly Services is currently seeking a **Copy Approval Specialist for** one of our top Bioscience clients in **Warsaw, IN**

_This is a full time direct role with Kelly OCG (Outsource Consulting Group). You will receive full benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, Vacation, Holidays, sick time, 401k etc._

**Responsibilities** .


+ Leading the implementation and facilitation of all company-wide promotional materials through the client’s copy approval process, in a manner that is compliant with company regulated work instructions, policies, and procedures.
+ Communicate seamlessly with members of product marketing, communications, professional education, regulatory, legal, medical affairs and healthcare compliance while facilitating these reviews.
+ Provide review of all documents to ensure branding, trademark, and formatting requirements are met. Responsible for fully understanding and applying all guidance provided in the Copy Approval Playbook.
+ Understand, incorporate, and comply with Corporate Policies, Healthcare Compliance guidance, and Copy Approval Work Instructions.
+ Partner with other Specialists to develop and implement best practices and innovation to ensure all material is approved according to compliance requirements.
+ Participating/leading trainings for other copy approval specialists, as well as for the broader organization, on the copy approval process and the electronic tool.
+ Management of licenses and training requirements
+ Assistance with process development and assessment of current guidelines to identify areas requiring improvement, or gaps within the process.
+ Coordinating and managing copy review meetings, as necessary.
**Qualifications**

The candidate must have proven ability to work in a fast paced team setting, with the capability to succeed in an environment of evolving guidelines and procedures.

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
+ Ability to partner across various businesses and functions to achieve results in a team environment.
+ Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to influence others and work in cross-functional teams.
+ Must be able to work independently, using independent judgment and decision making while understanding and remaining compliant with company processes and guidelines.
+ Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Experience with Sharepoint (FTP) sites is preferred. Must have working knowledge of computers and ability to navigate internet based programs.
+ Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred in (Journalism, English, Paralegal, or Communication). Will consider entry level candidates with co-op/internship experience. Without a degree, 2 years of relative experience i.e. proofreading or editing.
