Type: Contract
Length: 4/23/18 - 6/22/18
Hours: 8am - 5pm, M-F
Pay Rate: $50 - $70 per hour

**Job Description:**

Defining the one-time costs to Health Care related to the spin-off Coordinating the completion of the 2014 strategic business plan (SBP) Overseeing the build out of the quarterly forecast model to include balance sheet and statement of cash flow Building analysis comparing allocated costs prior to spin to organizational costs after the spin o Establish post spin budgets o Understand impact of TSAs o Build one-time cost estimate associated with eliminating TSAs o Establish budget upon elimination of TSAs o Work with Knoxville to incorporate forecasts into BPC tool Supply agreement analysis Assist in quarterly forecast coordination

**Overview of Duties:**


+ Responsible for the analysis, execution and support of inorganic transaction projects, with primary emphasis on mergers & acquisitions, minority investing and joint ventures
+ Lead project/business valuation, financial projections and synergy analysis by working closely with the business units and functional experts to analyze historical financial trends, market trends, quality of earnings, forecasting, working capital trends, sensitivity analysis and various financing structures
+ Lead due diligence coordination activities among broad, multi-functioned teams including external legal, tax, accounting and other professional advisors
+ Source transaction opportunities by working with potential targets, shareholders of target companies, attending trade shows other activities to secure and investment/acquisition opportunities
+ Lead divestiture/sale processes, including preparing marketing materials, building out a data room, facilitating buyer due diligence and coordinating legal teams to finalize the transaction agreements
**Qualifications**


+ BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
+ 4+ years corporate development, transaction-focused investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, private equity or venture capital experience
+ Previous experience in healthcare preferred
+ Prior experience in advanced valuation modeling strongly preferred
+ Ability to manage large complex projects or multiple projects of moderate complexity
+ Thorough knowledge of corporate development practices and procedures
+ Excellent project management and analytical skills
+ Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
+ Strong leadership skills and strategic problem solving
