CORPORATE RECRUITER NEEDED in SARASOTA, FL - Long term position, possible temp-to-hire. This is a "work-at-home" opportunity, all supplies will be provided by the customer. Previous experience working as a Corporate Recruiter is required.

Pay Rate: $30 - $35/hr.

Hours: Monday - Friday (8 - 5)

Corporate Recruiter

**Position & Requirements Summary:**

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team. As a member of our Human Resources team, we are stewards of our greatest strategic asset: Our People. This is a temporary, full time position that will span for approximately 6 months with the potential possibility to become a permanent employee. The position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources. This position is remote.



+ Foster consultative relationships with hiring managers to understand and help define hiring needs, provide guidance through the recruitment process and influence hiring managers and line leaders strategic talent decisions.

+ Own the full-life cycle recruiting process for a range of positions associated with the client groups.

+ Help hiring managers prioritize position requirements to maximize quality of hire and minimize time to fill.

+ Design and implement search strategies to identify qualified candidates.

+ Conduct thorough interviews to identify the functional and behavioral skills for current openings.

+ Establish and maintain relationships with candidates with the goal of building a network.

+ Partner with hiring manager to create onboarding plan. Execute onboarding plan to new hire and schedule new hire meetings.

**Additional Responsibilities**

+ Meet regularly with the business line to identify critical and operational Human Resources and business issues. Understand needs, perspectives and work on solutions in partnership with the stakeholders.

+ Contribute to Human Resources initiatives and programs based on the Human Resources calendar needs.

+ Provide day-to-day talent management guidance and support to line management in areas such as: coaching, counseling, conflict resolution, career development, conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations disciplinary actions.


+ Bachelors degree in human resources, management or a business discipline.

+ Five years experience in the Human Resources field including 3 years minimum as a Recruiter

+ Proficient in Workday HRIS, MS Office, Social Media Recruitment (i.e. LinkedIn), resume screening and interviewing.

+ Proficient in various sourcing methods including cold calling candidates to generate interest.

+ Organized, self-disciplined, work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

+ Result Driven and proficient at managing priorities.

+ Ability to drive talent acquisition initiatives.


+ Possess SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.

+ Preference will be offered for candidates who possess experience of working successfully within the Human Resources department.
