Description **Job Description**

The Corporate Sales Development Manager is responsible for the implementation of key Vehicle account fleet sales strategies/tactics for global leader in luxury, automotive powerhouse.

The Corporate Sales Development Manager is responsible for remaining consistent with the company brand and objectives, while maintaining the highest service levels.

In addition to the above, this Manager is expected to maximize fleet sales through individual company consultation, participate in the development of marketing, sales, and training tools, volume forecasting, and engage in special events/programs/fleet support activities.



- Professional Automotive Sales Experience (Management Level)

Detailed Responsibilities:

- Offer the best dealership experience through the ongoing pursuit of excellence using the Customer One on One principles.

- Research prospective corporate sales accounts and identify fleet business opportunities by ascertaining prospects, evaluating their position in the market or industry, studying market statistics and potential, and researching and analyzing sales options and estimating sales volume.

- Accomplish sales objectives and obtain market share by identifying and developing new customer relationships.

- Qualify potential customers, deliver products and program presentations.

- Establish new distribution channels and negotiate sales/program terms.

- Develop marketing strategies and initiatives to conquer new accounts. Manage relationships with key companies and their local representatives. Follow-up with fleet customers to obtain referrals and repeat business.

- Promote and educate all internal and external parties on the value of the vehicle and the fleet program.

- Communicate vehicle and program updates by participating in product preview meetings.

- Attend and participate in key local fleet industry events.

- Continually promote the fleet program internally to the sales team through mandatory quarterly training classes and create and maintain a user friendly basic -how to- fleet guide, which is updated monthly for sales team with incentives.

- Work primarily in the field while building, maintaining and fostering new business relationships combined with regularly scheduled office hours focused on business/account development.


- Advanced knowledge of processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques in order to achieve maximum efficiency.

- Working knowledge of sales programs including Corporate Fleet G Type, Limousine & Shuttle Type H, USAA and related systems preferred.

- Superior administrative/organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow up.

- Self-motivated team player possessing impeccable professional appearance.

- Must maintain a valid driver-s license.

Occasional travel is expected for this position, as required.
