Description Need: Help Desk – Product Service Representative/Support Specialist

Location: South Jordan

Duration: 3 Months contract + (contract to hire)

Hours/Shift: 7:30am to 3:30pm

Technical Operations supports and maintains its suite of software solutions for automotive service departments. Our mission is to exceed customer expectations each and every time. Our goal is to create long term customer partners by understanding and owning the issue, quickly and efficiently finding the correct solution, and verifying our resolutions through "Closing the Loop" with each customer.
In this position you will:

•Handle inbound and outbound customer service and support calls from customers and customer support
•Effectively troubleshoot systems, software, and any potential obstacles that prevent the end user from utilizing our products effectively
•Escalate advanced troubleshooting cases in a timely manner
•Provide a quality Customer Service Experience
•Coordinate work efforts and report status
•Support ad-hoc data analysis and product support tasks

Required Skills:

o 1-2+ years of experience in a Customer Support Position
o Knowledge of Automotive industry (Vin Numbers, Vehicle Registration, Loan Processing)
o Ability to work in a team environment
o Excellent written and verbal communication
