+ **Starting Pay Rate: $17.50/hour**


**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**


**Accountability Objective:**


Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.


Must be able to help maintain equipment used.


Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming


Gather and empty trash from restrooms and conference rooms


Service, clean, scrub, sanitize, and supply restrooms


Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors


Dust furniture, walls, desks, filing cabinets, and ceiling vents


Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties


Daily Cleaning of Break Rooms: Empty trash receptacles during the day. Replace with clear liners and sanitize cans as needed. Damp wipe break room sinks, counter, tables, and all horizontal surfaces. Clean hand washing stations. Empty exterior trashcans and ashtray urns. Dust mop all hard surface floors with a treated dust mop. Spot mop all hard surface floors to remove soil.


Emphasize safety as the foundation of all decisions, activities and functions throughout the facility.


Resolve existing cleaning problems in a rapid and timely fashion and remain constantly alert to correct potential cleaning issues.\


Extended duties may include 5S projects and painting.


Notify supervisor immediately when a problem occurs with any part of your job, equipment, or product


Follow all company policies and procedures


Assist or perform other duties as assigned NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:


Positive attitude and self-motivated to meet and exceed expectations


Ability to effectively communicate


Detail-oriented


Basic problem-solving skills


Ability to read and write English; understand and comprehend instructions for safety and quality


Excellent attendance record


Ability to lift up to 30 pounds


Flexibility to work overtime
