The successful candidate will ensure both exceptional customer communication and high quality processes related to their follow-up with products that exceed our customer-s standards. This is a key service account manager position with responsibilities spanning from inquiry, order, pricing, fulfillment, and assurance of satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, driven individual with a track record of success and strong commitments. Service is the responsibility of every team member within our organization and our Customer Management team leads the initiative.


Responsibilities, Experience and Qualifications

- Bachelor-s Degree preferred

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and manage and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously

- Experience being a member of high-service teams that produce results

- Very strong communication skills and a willingness to learn technical product knowledge

- Will learn quickly our current-state approach and results, and help define and implement innovative approaches to improvements as they relate to orders, products, packaging, shipping, and services

- Lead ongoing process improvement efforts to -Exceed the Need of the Customer-

- Proven ability to dissect problems and reach resolution

- Must enjoy a team environment

- Demonstrated ability to meet commitments and gain the respect from other teams inside and outside the company

- Strong interpersonal skills with the desire to interact with customers as well as internally across all teams
