**Customer Advocate**



Kelly Professional & Industrial is currently recruiting for a Customer Advocate for the nation's largest customer owned health insurance company at their location in Tulsa, OK.



PLEASE NOTE: Position will start remote but eventually will transition back to office in Tulsa, OK. Candidates must have highspeed internet, smartphone, and comfortable place to work.



**Pay Rate:** $13.25/ hour



**Location:** Tulsa, OK



**Hours:** Monday- Friday, 8:00AM- 5:00PM



**Description:** This position is responsible for researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate and objective manner.



**Requirements:**




+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ 1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment.

+ Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.

+ Data entry and/or typing experience.

+ Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and independent decision making skills.

+ Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

+ Medical records remote retrieval experience

+ Experience with Microsoft suite

+ Detail oriented



**Preferred:**




+ 1 years customer service experience.

+ 6 months data entry experience in an office environment.

+ Experience working with healthcare providers

+ Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
