Our client Evoqua Water Technologies, a leading provider of water treatment solutions located in Tewksbury, MA is seeking a CSR to join their team!


**Responsibilities:** As a CSR, youll be responsible for entering orders from a customer provided PO (Purchase Order), verifying PO for pricing and parts for accuracy, responding to customers on order status, providing quotes to customers via a price list, verifying that customers are approved customers and if not, provide them with an approved distributor.


**This role requires the following:**


+ Strong customer service skills

+ Both internal and external customers

+ Working with our sales team, production team, shipping, external customers

+ Over the phone

+ Via email Which is extremely important, and we cannot stress it enough.

+ Attention to detail

+ Basic Excel experience

+ Creating spreadsheets from SAP data

+ Updating data in an existing spreadsheet

+ SAP experience is a plus and not required


Work location: Tewksbury, MA with remote option after training


Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm

Pay rate: $25-$28 per hour
