**Kelly Services is currently seeking several Customer Care Call Center Representatives for one of our top Healthcare Insurance clients at their company location in Tampa, FL 33614.**



The **Customer Care Call Center Representative** responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.



**The position requires working from home due to COVID-19 and then reporting to the job site in Tampa, FL 33614 at a later date. Seeking** **i** **ndividuals who are self-starters and can work independently with minimal direct supervision.**



**Pay Rate:** $16.50 per hour



**Training Hours:** Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM



**Working Hours:** Must be flexible work any 8 shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Monday through Friday plus possible weekends for overtime. Must be avaiable to work the day after Thanksgiving, New Year's Day and Martin Luther King Day.



**Duration: Contract job starting on 1/9 for approximately 3+ Months**



**Job Duties:**




+ Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions.

+ Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database.

+ Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.

+ Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

+ Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues. Provides external and internal customers with requested information.

+ Receives and places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature.

+ Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.

+ Requires limited knowledge of company services, products, insurance benefits, provider contracts and claims.

+ Seeks, understands and responds to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.





**Minimum Qualifications:**




+ High school diploma or general education degree/GED required.

+ Must have at least 1 year of Call Center or Customer Service background.

+ Good communication and research skills.

+ Computer skills with the ability to work on dual monitors.

+ Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
