**Job Description**


A rapidly growing manufacturer of Navge, a sinus health Medical Devise, is seeking a French-speaking, outgoing individual to provide customer support through phone, email, and online chat. You will receive inbound calls answering customer questions or provide information on product use.


Responsibilities:

- Maintain the highest levels of customer service excellence

- Respond to customer inquiries (email or phone)

- Provide in-depth support for the use, care and technical aspects of the product

- Demonstrate a friendly and cooperative attitude with our internal and external customers

- Ensure highest accuracy of data entry functions

- Consistently adhere to business procedures

- Provide administrative support to multiple departments


**Requirements**


Required Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required

- At least one year of customer service experience in an office setting

- Excellent verbal skills, written and oral, including correct grammar and spelling

- Competency in performing multiple tasks

- Competency in computer skills

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Strong work ethic

- Detail-oriented


Preferred Qualifications:

- College, certification or formal training

- Exposure to a web-based customer service ticket system, such as Groove, ZenDesk, FreshDesk or SharePoint

- Two years plus customer service experience in a call center environment
