**Job Description**

Anticipated start date: 07/20/2020

1-year contract with potential for hire or extension.

Pay up to $18 hour.

- Must have the availability to work between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday-Friday.

- Training will be 1st shift: 8:30am-5pm for 16 weeks. Following training, workers will be moved to 2nd shift: 11:30am-8pm.

- Candidates cannot miss any days during the first 16 weeks of training.

- Must be able to type 35 wpm with accuracy.

Education required:

Associates Degree with at least 1 year of previous customer service experience.

Bachelor-s Degree with previous customer service experience preferred.


- Answer customer service complaints and inquiries, analyze/troubleshoot concerns with non-functioning products and/or services.

- Identifies issues and recommends corrective solutions.

- Follow documentation according to established regulatory guidelines as may be required by specific job responsibilities.

- Knows and applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the particular field of specialization.

- Significant on the job training in a specific area.

- Requires some evaluation, originality, critical thinking and ingenuity.

- Work is varied and may be somewhat difficult in nature but usually involves limited responsibility.

- Contributes independently or with a team towards a program or department goal or service. Interfaces with both internal and external customers and departments.

- Deliver exceptional customer experience while maintaining focus on compliant processes.

- Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
