**** Salary: Starting at 35k and up to 45k base on experience****

The Customer Care Specialist is tasked with creating a customer first attitude with the customer base. This includes interactions via email, phone, and face-to-face conversation. This role will be involved in some of the business end discussions with customers and will be responsible for helping sustain those relationships.


**Duties & Responsibilities**


+ Manage a portfolio of key accounts across all business units, while assisting teammates across all customer needs.

+ Primary contact with the client decision-makers to assess their needs and provide relevant products and services

+ Developing a retention strategy for the client, conveying their vision to the team, and executing the plan.

+ Improve customer experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth

+ Resolves customer inquiries in a timely manner

+ Service Recovery - take ownership of escalated inquiries and attempt to turn them around to a positive resolution.

+ Effective interaction with multiple departments, such as materials, production, logistics, sales, finance, and management.

+ Organize Sales Orders and invoices which are related to the implementation of Projects.

+ Help manage inputs to Quotations, Sales Follow-up, Invoices, etc. to ensure timely response to the customer.

+ Review and analyze customer-supplied forecasts and report any fluctuations in trends to relevant business unit stakeholders

+ Track key account metrics and report any changes in booked sales to relevant business unit stakeholders

+ Assist the Sales team with the creation and finalization of quotes for all business units.

+ General Administration and Telephone Duties

+ Conduct hospitality activities for onsite customer visits

+ Purchase Orders for Non-Production-Items in QAD

+ Manage and analyze customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve the overall rating.

+ Successfully prepare, direct and lead client meetings, including face-to-face and web conferencing.


**Education & Skills**


+ High School/GED with at least 3-5 years of experience working in Customer Service/Sales in a technical manufacturing industry.

+ Superior written, presentation, and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and interact at all levels within the customers organization

+ Strong ability to persuade, motivate and influence others

+ Ability to work independently but also multi-task in a collaborative environment

+ Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and well organized

+ Demonstrated ability to follow through on details and input data into computer systems quickly and accurately.
