**Direct Hire: Mon- Fri 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm**


**Job Purpose:**


This job is all about consistently delivering a winning customer experience during phone and email interactions.


The purpose of this role is to respond to customer calls or electronic messages promptly and engagingly; listen carefully and ask questions to determine customer needs; and when appropriate, to schedule customer appointments with the appropriate field sales or service colleague. The Customer Care Support will communicate all pertinent customer information to the field team, and throughout the customer experience will continue to be a primary point of contact.


**Primary Responsibilities**


Take calls from prospects and customers.


+ Establish rapport and credibility (personal and company).

+ Qualify call-in prospects. Gather pertinent information regarding their situation and environment, and make a preliminary determination of their needs, budget and decision-making authority. Clearly explain the value we offer, based on each prospects specific needs.

+ For current customers having an issue or concern, collect sufficient information about the product or service in question, then route to the appropriate colleague for action.


Persuade qualified prospects to invite us in for evaluations, schedule service calls.


Send the qualified prospect agreed-upon information about our local 101 Mobility office, product and service information, or any other recommended documents, _if_ appropriate.


Provide emailed or mailed appointment reminders prior to evaluation and service calls. Notify the customer/prospect of the date, time, and identity of the product specialist or service technician.


Create, populate, and maintain customer and prospect records in the proprietary online system(s).


+ Share pertinent information about prospects or customers to the sales, installer & service (field) teams.

+ Maintain customer files in an organized and confidential manner.

+ Prepare preliminary quotations or work orders for field staff and store them electronically.


For sold customer orders - complete, submit and track purchase orders with vendors and manufacturers.


**Qualifications**


The successful candidate must:


+ Demonstrate a strong customer service focus, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer-facing role.

+ Demonstrate the aptitude for problem-solving, and the ability to determine solutions for customers.

+ Be results-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment.

+ Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills

+ Demonstrate proficiency in using Google Apps for Work or equivalent MS Office products

+ Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills

+ Manage multiple priorities seamlessly

+ Demonstrate stellar time management skills


**Helpful skills or experience:**


+ Previous experience working with disabled and/or elderly patients


**Working conditions**


The Customer Care Support is expected to be in the office during regular working hours, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.


**Physical requirements**


The successful candidate must be able to operate a keyboard and computer monitor, and a phone system with a headset. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be able to sit in one spot for extended periods.
