**Customer Experience Digital Lead III Job Description:**

As a Customer Experience Digital Lead III your role will be accountable for bringing expertise and leadership support to advance the Digital Marketing Platform of an advanced multi-channel ecosystem. This role serves as a business partner in the development of a differentiated, and insights-driven customer experience.

Shift: Monday Friday 8am 5pm

Remote/Hybrid: 2-3 days on site, 2 days remote

**Core Responsibilities:**

+ Lead customer experience design and omnichannel engagement plan

+ Derive insights from KPIs to recommend optimization opportunities to improve customer engagement

+ Serve as in-house SME on CRM/Digital and support development and completions of plans

+ Drive utilization of impactful and relevant in-field team tools and assets, like sales aids

+ Lead pathfinding brands on proof of concepts/pilots for emerging digital capabilities

+ Ensure the Customer Experience is optimized for key stakeholders: Consumer/Patients and Health Care Professionals HCP /Managed Care

+ Develop and maintain brand experience designs journey-based engagement plans,

+ Ensure adherence of customer privacy and compliance practices,

+ Draft marketing campaign business rules and requirements

+ Identify/partner with the Customer Analytics team to develop measurement/reporting parameters for all programs

+ Lead the composition and alignment of touchpoints across the customer journey

**CX Digital Lead III Requirements:**

+ Bachelors degree or minimum 5 years of related experience

+ Pharmaceutical experience (HCP & Customer) REQUIRED

+ Pharmaceutical launch experience REQUIRED

+ Ability to work and lead independent with minimal supervision

+ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

+ SME in digital market platforms: CRM, email, Veeva, Adobe

+ Proficient in MS Office, Tableau, Business, Power BI, etc.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication

+ Attention to detail and strong time management
