Kelly Services has partnered with a Fortune 500 company that is looking to fill a **temporary/contract Customer Master Coordinator** position in **Naperville, IL** . The contract **is set to last 6+ months** from the contract start date. This role is remote now due to COVID but will be onsite in the future.



Working with this client, you will be assigned to a multinational oil and gas company, with revenues of over $390 billion dollars. It is a vertically integrated company operating in all areas of the oil and gas industry, including exploration and production, refining, distribution and marketing, petrochemicals, power generation and trading.



**Hours:** Monday-Friday 8am-5pm



**Pay Rate - $26-$28/hour on a W2 contract**



**Role Synopsis:**



The Coordinator will serve as main point of contact between Sales, Customers, and third party service provider. Functions as a subject matter expert for Customer Data Management (CDM) processes and procedures for this component of the business. Drive service delivery and SLAs and consults with the Offshore Team and personnel as necessary to drive continuous improvement, resolve issues, and address process breakdowns.





**Responsibilities :**












+ Provides quality customer service, collaborating across teams/functions to resolve customer queries, complaints and requests and therefore helping to address a wide variety of often complex issues.

+ Collects customer data in the relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of customer information, and analyses customer needs to provide sound customer service insight for the efficient management of customer accounts.

+ Drives standardization and consistency in all customer service activities by delivering processes compliant with policies and procedures, seeking opportunities for continuous improvements and using management information (MI) reporting and analysis to provide results to the business on performance.

+ Complies with Code of Conduct and models Values & Behaviors Provides quality customer service by prompt and courteous handling and resolution of customer queries and requests received, therefore helping to address a wide variety of issues.

+ Support the invoicing process

+ Complete billing month end close activities within prescribed deadlines

+ Responsible for day of changeover activities for locations which include setting up new accounts in SAP, updating business systems, and sending proper notification









**_The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Otherwise as well as 2+ years experience in the following:_**




+ Demonstrated strength with CRM systems, SAP, SCDB, and databases.

+ Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and demonstrable ability to quickly learn and navigate software (pivots, formulas, etc.)
