Description Kelly Services has an opportunity at for a Customer Quality Specialist position for our client in Raynham, MA.

The Customer Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting Customer Quality activities associated with complaint handling and MDR submissions. These activities include complaint intake, coding, follow-up, investigation, preparation/submission of regulatory reports and closure; the activities may include contact with customers, sales representatives, and surgeons.

**Position Duties & Responsibilities:**

+ Using Quality System policies, procedures, and systems, work directly with patients, customers, and internal associates to accurately capture and investigate inquiries and complaints.
+ Assesses inquiries as complaints / non-complaints, conduct initial assessment for regulatory, coordinate product returns and investigations.
+ Ensure complaint handling is conducted in a timely, compliant manner through closure.

**Educational Requirements:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, healthcare, or related field is required.
+ Generally, requires 1-3 years of related work experience
