**JOB TITLE** : Customer Support Specialist

**LOCATION:** Warsaw, IN

**LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT:** would be through year-end 2018, but possibly become a long-term position for the right candidate

**PAY RATE** : $20/hour

**Description:**

_The Customer Quality Support Specialist is responsible for assisting Customer Quality Analysts and Senior Analysts with the coordination of returned complaint product._


+ _Responsible for handling all returned products that are subject to complaint investigations._
+ _Supporting the quality processes associated with product complaint handling, procedures, and controls to ensure that all complaints and complaint products are processed in accordance with established company procedures and worldwide regulations and standards._
**Qualifications must include:**


+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills required.
+ The successful candidate will be able to work cross functionally within a team environment
**Requirements:**


1. Bachelor Degree required 4+ years experience in Medical Device or FDA regulated industry preferred
2. Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook. Ariba is a plus.
