Our client, a fortune 500 company, is currently seeking a Customer Relationship Manager for a 6 month contract position. The position is onsite in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.

The hours for this position are as follows:



Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay rate is up to $31.25 W2 per hour



Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):



Analytics: Perform A-B testing to track outcomes against actions. Performs sales analyses.

Reports: Develop reports for sales and management.

Provide training as new modules are added.

Enable regional train the trainer capability.

Provides support to system users.

Maintain and govern standards.

Manage SOPs and other user documentation.

Establishes expectations for system users.

Reviews metadata and enforces correct protocols.

Data Access: Controls access to the system.

Amalgamates requests for improvements and enhancements of functionality.

Participates in any improvement projects requested by the organization.

Performs beta testing of new applications prior to rollout.

Quality Assurance: Develops and executes test plans to ensure solution compliance with system specifications. Reports defects and verifies fixes on the implemented solutions.

Requires a Bachelors Degree with technical support experience. Must have data analysis experience and strong communication skills written, oral, public speaking.
