Kelly Services in partnership with our customer in Racine is seeking qualified candidates for a Business to Business Customer Service Administrator role. This is a temporary position expected to last 90 days. In this position you will work directly with Key Account Managers, Regional Managers and third-party Rep-Agency Groups through web portals, email and phone. This position works across the organization from the time the purchase order is entered until the invoice has been paid and assists customers with questions/concerns within the order process.

Job Duties:

+ Daily support and processing of B2B electronic transmissions, email, phone requests, and purchase orders, handled with a sense of urgency.

+ Handle all customer and sales inquiries regarding order status or complaint resolution. This would include pricing issues, shipping errors and other related issues. Process credits as needed.

+ Daily monitor Key Accounts within Oracle ERP and communicate any anomalies or issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

+ High level of pro-active communication with logistics, sales and other integral departments regarding orders that need to be adjusted, require special attention or has a challenge to the customer order.

+ Manipulate excel files to process within ERP and other required reporting as needed.

+ Perform other duties as assigned by department manager.


+ Minimum of two years experience in customer service or sales organization environment with strong attention to detail and customer focus.

+ Ability to handle pressure situations and problem resolution autonomously.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and diplomacy required.

+ Basic or Intermediate Microsoft Office skills demonstrated ability in Excel and spreadsheet programs.

+ Oracle ERP experience a plus.

+ Plumbing product knowledge and channel experience a plus.

Hours: Monday Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Pay: $16.00-17.00/hr.
