A Customer Advocate/Customer Relations Representative is needed for global healthcare company located in Santa Ana.

**Title:** Customer Advocate

**Location:** Santa Ana (92705) *will work from home

**Hours:** M-F 8am-5pm

**Duration:** Contract

**Job Description:** Customer Advocates will partner with the field sales organization in order to serve our most important customers. The successful customer advocates will work to ensure the field sales organization can improve their time in the field engaging customers.

**Core Job Responsibilities:**

+ Performs order data entry, returns and all others task as it relates to department operating systems.

+ CA s will be responsible for processing all consumable product orders received via phone, e-mail, fax, and electronically, and resolving issues.

+ When applicable, the CA promotes company products, through effective sales support and participation before/during the sale and in ongoing relationships with customers after the sale.

+ Assists department manager with special projects and any combination of equivalent and back up the surgical customer advocate team as necessary.

+ The CA will be required to obtain general knowledge of the organization, products and/or services to maintain accountability for establishing and sustaining a positive image of the company to internal and external customers.

+ Interacts with internal and external customers, responding to requests and explaining procedures, to ensure operations are in compliance, promote positive business relationships and ensure that company interests are represented.

**Job Requirements:**

+ **6 months call center experience**

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Data entry

+ **SAP experience/knowledge**

+ Phone skills

+ Computer proficiency

+ Office experience

+ Customer service experience
