Description Kelly Services is looking for **Customer Service/Call Center Representatives** for a large client in **Warrendale, PA!**

**Pay Rate:$13.00/hr**
**Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9:30 am - 6pm (Possible Mandatory Overtime)**
**Duration:3-6 months with possible permanent opportunity.**

**Job Duties:**


+ Receive inbound calls from patients, and occasionally doctors/nurses, for prescription re-orders.
+ Call volume is approximately 50-60 calls per day.
+ Will be required to meet productivity goals.
+ Identify and report trends in call drivers to management.
+ Requires close attention to accuracy, performs independently, subject to practices and procedures.
+ Performs related duties as assigned.
**Education & Experience:**


+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ At least 2 years of customer service experience, including retail. Call center is a plus.
+ Ability to communicate effectively.
+ Healthcare/medical background
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
+ Must be dependable.
