This is an inbound call center environment where the associate is required to speak clearly, be professional, patient, flexible, punctual, and have a pleasant telephone manner. All interactions with customers will need to be handled in a professional, helpful, and timely fashion. The primary focus will be on accuracy of information provided to callers and when completing transactions during or between calls, as well as the quality of customer service.

Representatives take scripted inbound and outbound calls from callers regarding events, which could include settlements, distributions or class action cases. Depending on the project, the Rep. may be responsible for using multiple systems, other resources, data entering forms and correspondence. Calls and data entry may vary from 3-5 minutes and the volume can vary from 12- 20 calls and forms per hour.

Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Associates are responsible for assisting inbound callers may include:

Ordering statements

Basic account info

Duplicate tax forms

Pin resets

Web site navigation

Address Changes

Additional Information: Representatives will access confidential Shareholder information through secure databases, utilize multi-line phone systems in concert with computer system, and be responsible for both security and quality to ensure company requirements are met.

As applicable scripts will be provided to assist associates.

Strong attention to detail, ability to read a script in a positive and knowledgeable manner. Responds to questions promptly using scripted responses and dialogue.

Keyboarding / Typing Skills

Familiar with Outlook; must be able to navigate between 3-5 screens/programs

Ability to apply feedback and take direction

Customer Service skills and experience

Ability to Multitask and work under pressure

Telephone / Listening Skills

Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills

System navigation

Proficient Computer Skills

Data entry

Schedules available: from 8-5 / 9-6 or a part time schedule with minimum 20 hours per week availability.
