Kelly Services is hiring for a Direct Hire B2B Customer Service opportunity!!

Our client is looking for someone to grow with them and be available for promotions.

MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

1. Process incoming orders from both Purchase orders and customer portals, verify accuracy, source and purchase direct orders and follow all orders through to shipping.

2. Assist in the quotation process.

3. Work with customers on delivery requirements and expedites.

4. Keep pricing and other customer data up to date and accurate.

5. Work with all departments to meet or exceed customer expectation for on time delivery and other assigned quality metrics.

**Requirements**

. Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment or OEM environment

2 or more years of post-secondary education
