JOB TITLE: Customer Service Call Center Supervisor

STARTS: ASAP

SCHEDULE: Monday -Friday from 8a-6p

PAYRANGE: $45-50k/year (depending on relevant skills/experience) + Profit Sharing + competitive Employment Benefits

SUMMARY: Supervise active Customer Service Reps in Call-Center

DUTIES:

-Supervise active Call-Center Reps in the Customer Service function in accordance with established contractual, audit, and internal requirements to include appropriate staffing levels of permanent and temporary staff members

-Develop and meet departmental call processing, training and quality objectives

-Attract, develop, mentor and retain a high-quality team

-Ensure monthly and yearly employee performance reviews are delivered timely

-Ensure CS Supervisors work with Call Quality staff to address ongoing/daily staff performance and coaching needs

-Develop and manage an approved Customer Service budget

-Following guidance from Executive Director, or other member of Executive Management, interaction with Board staff may be required to resolve escalated customer issues

-Interact with Executive Management, Senior Management, peers and support functions to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner

-Assist in strategic planning and analysis to set future goals directly supporting the Florida Program

-Special projects, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

-At least 3 years of Supervisor/Leadership Experience (with at least 3 of those years in a Call-Center)

-Proficiency and experience using ACD and IVR systems/applications, including: CHAT, CRM, Workforce Management Scheduling ad CTI solutions

-Proficiency and experience reviewing and assessing ACD reports

HIRE TYPE: Direct-Hire (start as their employee, not under Kelly-s Employment/Payroll)

DRESS CODE: Business
