**Job Description**

SUMMARY Under minimal supervision, responsible for coordination, accuracy, timeliness, approvals and entry of customer orders into G3 manufacturing systems, to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible for providing support to the Customer Service Department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Performs consistent and accurate collection of data required for customer orders. - Reviews invoices for discrepancies and errors. - Communicates customer requirements to Scheduler, Purchasing and Production. - Maintains sample inventory, pulls samples and mails to customers as requested. - Performs clerical duties including but not limited to: order entry, tracking shipments, maintaining customer files, and filing. - Manages and tracks all customer complaints and works with Quality and Production to provide feedback to the customer. - Provides professional, efficient and effective customer interactions (emails, incoming and outgoing phone calls, follow-up communications, responding to requests for information, etc.). - Builds and maintains effective relationships with co-workers. - Supports the completion of special projects as needed. - Understands, documents and communicates customer requirements and specifications including quantity, quality, schedule and delivery and any other critical information to customers. - Responsible for handling all customer service online inquiries. - Maintains Standard Operating Procedures, department templates, shared drive files, running queries/reports, etc., for customer service department. - Pulls together necessary job information and puts jobs into production as necessary. - Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness. - Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate. - Bachelor-s degree plus 1 year of clerical or administrative assistant experience; or 5 years of clerical or administrative assistant experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. - Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. - Skilled in writing simple correspondence. - Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
