Kelly Services is hiring Customer Care Single Point of Contacts (SPOC) for one of the fastest growing privately held mortgage companies in the country. These positions are Direct Hire plus benefits! Positions start remotely and will eventually be on-site at their Fishers, IN location. Anticipated start date is October 12th.





Training is 8am-5pm for 6 weeks.



Schedule is 1pm or 1:30pm to 10pm and every 3rd Saturday 9am-6pm.



Twice a year they have shift bids and you can possibly change your shift.



Salary is $42,000/year plus benefits.





**Responsibilities:**




+ Acts as single point of contact to assigned borrowers currently 45 days delinquent or greater.

+ Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls on assigned mortgage accounts that are 45 days or more delinquent.

+ Work with borrower on repayment plans to get them back to a current status.

+ Assist the borrower with loss mitigation options, how to apply, and status updates.

+ Must be familiar with investor guidelines and available programs.

+ Remain as the single point of contact until the borrower is current or approved for loss mitigation.

+ Maintains confidentiality of customers non-public information.

+ Provides written and verbal responses to customer inquiries as needed.

+ Answers inbound/outbound calls involving customer service and collection issues.





**Requirements:**




+ Requires at least 5 years of call center experience and a solid work history.

+ Previous loss mitigation, mortgage, and collections experience preferred.

+ Ability to obtain NMLS license. They pay for the testing! $1000 bonus awarded if you pass the test the 1st time!

+ Opportunity to test for additional states. Increase in salary as you become licensed in additional states.
