Our client is a fast-growing Plastics Packaging Company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative/Packaging Estimator.


This individual will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.


**Salary $75K-$85K**


**Responsibilities/Skills:**


* Maintains customer relations by clarification of requirements and entering orders

* Serves customers by providing production information or order status

* Estimates material and labor costs for manufacturing projects in response to requests for proposals

* Calculates costs based on analysis of project specifications, pricing schedules for labor and materials and historical data


* Analyzes postproduction costs and uses data to inform future project estimates

* Resolves any issues regarding products or orders

* Self-driven, results-oriented and motivated to work effectively with minimum supervision

* Excellent Microsoft Office Skills including Excel

* Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills a must


* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively


**Education/Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in related field

2-4 Years of Thermoforming experience is a plus

2-4 Years of Packaging experience is a plus
