Description **Job Description**

Kelly Services is seeking experienced, empathetic and professional customer-service oriented assistants to support the Member Services department of a respected, local health insurer. Although this position is initially a 3-month assignment, the right individuals will be considered for temp-to-hire opportunities with a pay rate of $13 per hour. The schedule is 9am-6pm Monday thru Friday.

In this role you will:

* Interface with new members via outbound calls

* Answer routine questions regarding services

* Determine the need for services by performing health assessments

* Provide accurate documentation

The ideal candidate will have:

* The drive and dedication to provide excellent customer service

* A desire to learn and achieve more personally and for the company

* Excellent communication skills with a clear speaking voice

*Strong interpersonal skills

* Ability to simultaneously type information while on the phone

**Requirements**

A medical background (training or experience) is helpful

Previous phone experience preferred; excellent communication skills required.

Good computer skills required

HS Diploma/GED Required
