Kelly has a wonderful opportunity for a **Customer Service Manager** with Manufacturing Leadership experience in the **Billerica-Woburn-Lexington** area. This is a **Direct Hire** position paying **$70,000 - $100,000** to start based on experience. Our partner is both customer focused and a market innovator, and needs a proven leader who can make a difference as an integral part of a Global organization. They offer an 8-5 Mon-Fri work week, an excellent benefits package, and opportunity for realistic advancement. As a customer-focused industry leader for over 50 years with a deep infrastructure, this company is a lynchpin working hand-in-hand with industries like Medical, Aerospace, and the Armed Forces.


**Responsibilities include but not limited to:**


+ Leadership of the customer service team with a laser focus on a top-level overall customer experience

+ Customer Support management based on planning and prioritization, utilizing the resources available to and identifying potential efficiencies and improvement

+ Partnership with the Sales Manager in both defining and refining Customer Service policies and procedures and implementing new and improved strategies

+ Performance management and training of staff with a focus on meeting and exceeding yearly goals and objectives

+ Account analysis with a focus on areas of development and growth

+ Assist and manage Customer Quotes with a focus on quality preparation

+ New customer development

+ Customer satisfaction management including complaint analysis and action as well as escalated customer communication

+ Support of Upper Management and delivery and execution of company initiatives

+ Leader in inter-departmental teamwork both locally and globally


**Skills and Requirements:**


+ Bachelors Degree

+ 5 years related experience with a preference for a Manufacturing environment

+ Time management expertise

+ Proven track record of success in a Metric driven environment

+ Experience analyzing current Sales and Marketing figures and reports and formulating necessary action if needed
