**_Customer Service Representatives in Austin, TX!_**

Kelly Services is currently seeking **Customer Service Representatives** for a multinational technology company in **Austin, TX.** Our clients fast-paced, team-oriented environment is the perfect place to take career to the next level.

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Hours: 1st shift Monday-Friday

Duration: 1+ year (possible extension pr TEMP-HIRE based on performance)


+ Fielding inbound calls from the Institution (Education) customers. Half of the calls received are from people who have never previously purchased from the company. They fall into 3 buckets: 1) New Schools 2) New SAP # request new person wanting their own account 3) New Contact at a current customer (librarian at a school is taking over the position and has to buy new iPads. You will have to walk them through the process from beginning to end. Another group of calls are not going to the right department queue to be handled correctly. You need to understand which department in the company to re-direct those calls. Post-Sales calls are another example questions or concerns after the sale are handled by a different queue and need to be directed to that specific team

+ Develops and maintains positive customer relations; coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner

+ Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors

+ Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

**Job Requirements:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

+ 0-2 years Customer Service experience. Knowledge of iPhone/iOS products required. Low-level understanding of technology extremely helpful; understanding iOS devices and how you get software on them

+ Must have a passion for customer service, strong technical aptitude, resourcefulness, and flexibility

+ Strong communication, problem solving, advanced judgment, and negotiation skills required
