**Kelly Services is currently seeking a** **Bilingual (French Canadian) Customer Service Representative** **for a Fortune 500 company in Rochester, NY.**

**As a Customer Service Representative placed with Kelly Services, you will support sales and distribution activities by providing superior customer service. Our client is one of the best-known and most respected healthcare companies and is the perfect place to take your customer service career to the next level!**

**Please note:** This is an in-person opportunity located in Rochester, NY.

**Shift:** **Monday Friday, 9:30 am 6:00 pm**

**Responsibilities Include:**

+ You will receive orders from customers through different channels (e.g. email, eCommerce, EDI, customers portal) and create orders in People Soft system within 24 hours

+ You will respond to and resolve complex customer inquiries and requests received via telephone, email, mail, and fax in a timely and efficient manner, including: billing issues, product and shipment complaints, and all other customer issues or inquiries as needed

+ Proactively communicates supply issues and general order status to assigned customers via daily review of open order reports

+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate stock level issues at forwarding distribution and depot locations

+ Work closely with AR on deduction management for accounts and participates in regular meetings with AR and account

+ Coordination with Claims Processing to ensure accurate and timely documentation and resolution of all claims

+ You will assure all transactions are in compliance with terms, policies, and approval levels

+ You will meet minimum acceptable metrics for schedule adherence, call handling, order entry and status, and others as determined by management

**Job Requirements:**

+ Bilingual in English and French Canadian

+ High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

+ Data entry and analysis skills

+ Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivated

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and heavy work volume within time constraints

+ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently

+ Previous customer service experience (experience in a call center environment preferred)

+ Experience managing mid tiered accounts and order management preferred
