Contact Center Customer Service Representative needed in Bradenton - Very Stable company!


Pay Rate: $13.00/hr.

+ Respond to all inbound customer communications using phone, mail, email or live chat according to company standards.

+ Make outbound guest communications as necessary.

+ Generate sales, resolve guest verbal and written inquiries.

+ Flexible work schedule required for all positions located in a professional corporate center environment.

+ Customer Care Center support hours Monday - Saturday 9am 7pm; Sunday 10am 6pm; extended support hours Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving.

+ Must work a flexible shift: 5-day work week; 25 hours minimum per calendar week; Monday-Saturday between 9am and 7pm, and/or Sunday 10am 6pm.

+ Extensive interaction with marketing, finance and other customer care corporate staff.

+ Answer all guest communications in a courteous, professional and timely manner.

+ Convert all general merchandise inquiries into sales.

+ Assist guests with inquiries/new orders.

+ Communicate guest or website issues to the Escalations Team and Customer Care Management timely.

+ Assist guests by providing product information.

+ Answer inbound inquiries through phone calls, email and/or live chat.

+ Consistently focus on guest retention and brand loyalty.

+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

+ Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.

+ Use a phone and computer 100% of the day. Sitting 99% of the day; ability to lift-up to 5 pounds.

+ Excellent keyboarding and computer skills using multiple software applications simultaneously.

+ Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.

+ Previous experience in an inbound call center or retail preferred.

+ Excellent verbal and written customer service and communication skills.

+ Ability to handle conflict resolution professionally, calmly and effectively while focusing on guest satisfaction and retention.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; capable of learning new technology software applications that are required.

+ Satisfactory math skills for basic retail calculations such as discounts, sales tax, etc.

+ Must pass US background check and drug screening prior to start date.
