Today, we are proud to offer multiple **temp-to-hire** **Customer Service Representatives** for both **onsite and remote positions** in the **Hampton, Virginia** area, for a TOP Health Insurance Company. **You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.**



**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative - Call Center



**Location:** Hampton, VA 23605



**Pay Rate:** $12-14/hr (rate of pay is based on department)



**Training Classes:** 3 weeks M-F 8am-5pm




+ classes start every Monday - you are assigned a training class once testing, application, and screenings are completed

+ remote classes - must still be local to the area for equipment pick-up



**Position Type:** Temp to Hire after 120 days



**Responsibilities Include:**




+ Answer customers seeking assistance and knowledge about their state's Medicaid program

+ Researching and resolving customer inquires

+ Responds to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner.

+ Provides callers with an unbiased information to assist customers with application and eligibility requirements.

+ Accesses, reads, and interprets customers and provider data elements within customer s application

+ Performs accurately all data entry functions to reflect customer activity/transactions.

+ Assists customers in the enrollment process

+ Documents all customer encounters in clear and concise logs



**Job Requirements:**




+ Experience in data entry and call centers

+ Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner

+ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment

+ Ability to multi-task using technology, including call handling and call

+ Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
