ResponsibilitiesÂ

Order Entry and Processing of new Customer Purchase Orders into ERP system. We process various types of orders; Warehouse Orders, Vendor Dropship orders, Kit Orders and special promotional orders. Must follow order guidelines as designated.

Handling Customer Service Inbound Calls. Answering phone calls from our customers for New Orders, Stock Checks, Order Tracking, Product questions, or new business inquiries.

Working with B2B customers by telephone and email on a daily basis.

Collaborating with our internal Account Managers and supporting our sales force to create an amazing customer experience.

Handling of New Credit and Claim Requests on our orders. Issuing credits for damages, shortages, or initiating a return request.

Directing requests and unresolved issues to the proper company departments for resolution as appropriate.

Accurately communicate order information, policies and procedures.Â

Qualifications and Experience Required

Customer Service Experience 2-3+ yrs, B2B or Commercial experience preferred.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Client Relationship Manager (CRM) experience.

Advanced Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Good analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong time management, planning and prioritization skills.

Flexible Individual who is a a team player.
