Description **Job Description**

Our client located in Pleasant Prairie is currently looking to fill a roll within their Environmental group. This position is designed to assist and support the team with daily tasks and help maintain a high level of customer service. The goal of this resource is to drive reliable customer service support, both internally to customer service specialists, sales representatives, sales managers, and operations, while also providing Service Excellence externally to customers. The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of customers by executing all tasks assigned to support each region during absences and peak seasons.

Duties:

- Coverage for Environmental Customer Service Team (40% vacation)

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each Region to provide seamless coverage

- Set up a Pre and Post Vacation call with Customer Service Team member to discuss

priorities and open items

- Communicate with Production Planners, Freight Services, and Sales Reps during

coverage

- Submit quotes, sales orders, and responses to inquires within 24 hours of receipt

- Check portal for purchase orders and send them to appropriate sales rep/customer service

specialist for processing

- Manually add new quotes to appropriate account in Sales Force for reference

- Support customers by processing credit applications, credit card transactions, and adding

files to CRM/ERP databases

- Track commercial container samples/trials by scheduling reminders and following up

- Act as the Order Entry Expert to support Customer Service Team during Go Lives with JDE

- Add new customers to JDE to ensure accuracy in each field

- Owning, Updating, and Assisting in Building New Customer Specific Forms

- Execute on keeping ISF up to date and create new ones for new customers

- Assist in keeping information in JDE up to date

- Creating new part numbers as needed

- Write SOPs to support the new processes for ENV group

- Strategic Account Initiative & Support - Work collaboratively to provide Service Excellence

to Maintain, Retain, and Grow account base.

- Schedule and complete quarterly strategic call with Sales Rep in 412 for National

Accounts. Discuss recent developments from customer conversations, meetings, and

potential orders for scheduling and forecasting

- Plan travel as agreed upon with the sales rep and your manager to enhance customer

relationships, product/technology knowledge, selling skill set, and business acumen.

- Plan and schedule reminders for sales rep to follow up on cart and commercial container quotes that CS provides

- Follow up on bin quotes provided to customers within 24 hours for all National Accounts

**Requirements**

- Microsoft Office experience: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Self-motivator and detailed task oriented

- Ability to quickly learn industry, company, product, or technical knowledge

- Outstanding troubleshooting and problem solving skills

- Strong verbal and written communication. Active listener

- Familiarity with CRM & ERP systems and practices

- Ability to coordinate and maintain follow-up on a number of projects simultaneously

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Proven customer support experience or related experience
