**Job Description**

Provide service support to all customers as it relates to their fueling systems and compliance needs, to include dispatching service vendors for service, maintenance, and compliance issues.


- deal directly with customers and vendors either by telephone or electronically

- respond promptly to customer inquiries

- handle and resolve customer issues

- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquires and problems

- process work orders

- record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints

- record details of action taken

- dispatch contractors


The shift will require the CSR to work a rotating nights and weekends for this position after training. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Computer Skills -

- ability to type

- above-average computer skills

- ability to work within several platforms simultaneously

- good understanding of Microsoft Office platforms including Word and Excel

- ability to learn new software

Communication Skills -

- must be detail-oriented

- ability to read and analyze reports

- ability to write business correspondence when required

- able to communicate effectively with customers and vendors

- able to communicate effectively with internal departments

- service center experience with good phone skills

Education and Experience -

- high school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

- knowledge of customer service principles and practices

- experience in a call room/service center atmosphere is a plus

- ability to investigate problems, gather information, resolve customer issues to completion

- self-motivated to continue improving skills and knowledge of industry

- mechanical aptitude and ability to learn inner workings of various types of mechanical and electronic equipment preferred, but not required

- knowledge of connectivity of equipment via modems and TCP/IP extremely helpful
