Description **Kelly Services is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for one of our top clients in Miami FL!**

**Start Date:** 3/19/2018

**End Date:** 3/11/2019 – Possible Temp to Hire

**Schedule:** Must be available Monday – Friday for an 8 hour shift between the hours of 11:00am – 10:00pm And Saturday and Sunday's ( 4 week training)

**Pay Rate:** $11.00/hour

**Position details:**


+ As part of the Mobile Services Department, handle a high volume of in-bound calls from our customers by researching and resolving inquiries as it relates to billing questions, technical support, and product inquiries.
+ Because every customer is different we expect you to take the initiative to truly understand our customers current challenges, solve them, and use your expertise to proactively help them avoid future challenges.
+ A robust paid training environment that enables you to learn the business, the systems, policies and most importantly how to effectively engage and resolve customer challenges. Training will be a combination of classroom, online and side-by-side observations.
**Requirements:**


+ Ability to adapt easily as procedures/assignments change
+ Ability to multi-task and organize
+ A minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment preferred
+ Available to work overtime weekly and/or Saturday hours as workload demands
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (Read and Write Fluently)
**Education:**

High school diploma or equivalent
