**Job Description**


As a CSR, you will provide status of shipments, respond to customer requests, coordinate with sales and customers to develop customer-specific operating procedures, follow-up on sales leads, and assist in the preparation of quotes.


Location: Bloomington, MN

1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, $17.50/hour

2nd shift: 10:30am-7:00pm, Monday-Friday, $18.00/hour

Temp to hire!


Qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent combination of work and education

Minimum of 1 year related experience

One year industry (shipping, logistics, freight) experience preferred

Good communication skills, with the ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job specific software

Accurate typing and/or data entry skills

Reliable and punctual

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and customers.
