Job Description:

Calling specified customers using a provided script to follow. "Warm" calls as these are customers already existing. By using script, they will be explaining to the customer how the online billing console will work, how it benefits them and explaining the change. Once migration process is initiated through this call, they will hand off to the Account Manager counterpart.

3 Shifts available:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5 pm

Monday - Friday, 9am - 6 pm

Monday - Friday, 7am - 4 pm
