**Job Description**

Kelly Services is now hiring for part time and full time Customer Service Representative for a well known Inbound Contact Center. Locations include both OKC, OK and El Reno, OK.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Team Leader, this is an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Associate to act as the first point of contact for our members, answering and managing their inquiries for information or service.

- To provide the best possible customer service for members, attorneys, and associates through quality inbound and outbound phone calls

- To obtain specific information from the member regarding the service requested and input it into the computer system

- To clearly explain and provide instruction to ensure the member completes any necessary paperwork, follows specific and applicable procedures for their situation

- To precisely note member files in English, that accurately reflects the interaction

- To support translation of inbound and outbound phone calls, documents and e-mails on behalf of members, attorneys, courts, associates, and/or providers from one language to another as required

To perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead

To adhere to the assigned schedule and maintain proper records of attendance by correctly inputting into the internal payroll (Paycom) system

2- Monday through Friday 2pm- 10:30pm (most needed shift)

1- Monday- Friday 2:30- 11pm (most needed shift)

2- Monday- Friday 8am- 430pm

2- Monday- Friday 10am- 6:30pm


2- Saturday- Monday 2:30pm- 11pm

2- Sunday-Tuesday 7am- 3:30pm

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must be fluent in English and proven fluency in either Spanish, Punjabi/Hindi or Russian if applying for a bilingual position

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service, including telephone etiquette, voice quality, articulation and listening skills

- 2+ years customer service experience interacting with the public

- Experience in an inbound contact center environment is desired

- Experience working in a computerized environment: working knowledge of MSOffice, Data entry applications and conducting internet searches

- Keying speed of a minimum of 35 WPM

- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work assigned shifts (Day or Evening shifts) and be flexible based on business need

- Familiarity with legal terms is an asset

- Good performance and work record

Physical Requirements:

- Candidates must be comfortable working at a desk for the entire shift
