**Details**

Title: Customer Service Representative
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: TBD
Pay rate: $13.00 an hour
**Responsibilities** :


+ Provide accurate information via telephone and e-mail to providers in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
+ Perform network support for providers through data-entry, faxing, filing and documentation preparation.
+ Assist, review and take appropriate action to resolve pending or open provider issues.
+ Research and analyze provider and member concerns/issues and communicate any necessary information to the appropriate parties.
+ Respond to issues and inquiries.
+ Special projects as required or requested.
+ Meet or exceed all metrics and/or goals as defined by the Network Support Team Leader.
**Requirements:**


+ High School diploma or GED.
+ 1 year customer service experience.
+ Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
+ Accurate data entry skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office products, email and Internet.
+ Experience managing multiple tasks.
+ Time management and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work well in a team environment
