Description **_Customer Service Representative_**

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of our top clients in Warrendale, PA.

As a Customer Service Representative placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for receiving and placing calls from patients and physicians regarding healthcare coverage.

This is a contract to possible hire opportunity starting at 13/hour with an increase in pay to 14.50 after transitioning into a permanent position. The hours are 9:30am to 6pm,Monday-Friday.

**Additional Job Responsibilities Include:**

+ Receive and place telephone calls
+ Perform data entry and use software programs
+ Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
+ Must document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary. Responsible for providing world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner
+ Required to meet productivity standards as set forth by the management team; and identify and report trends in call drivers to management
+ Requires close attention to accuracy, performs independently, subject to practices and procedures
**Job Requirements**

+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Two years’ experience in call center customer service environment
+ Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required
+ Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
+ Ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
+ Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
+ Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
