Customer Service Representatives / Administrative Assistants / Office Coordinators

*Hauppauge, Bohemia, Ronkonkoma & Patchogue Area*

$15-19/hr.

*FULL TIME HOURS FOR ALL SHIFTS!!

Kelly Services is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives / Administrative Assistants / Office Coordinators who desire to obtain utilize their experience in the work place.

Our clients are lead manufacturers servicing the diverse needs of customers across the broad spectrum of life sciences and industry. These positions are Temporary, Temp-Perm and Contract positions with occasional overtime. All shifts are available.

The responsibilities and requirements for the position are:

-Experience working in an ISO or cGMP environment a plus

- Perform order entry as it relates to general office operations (Credit Dept., Packaging, Production, QA/QC, Distribution Centers, Sales, etc.)

-Assist supervisor/manager with decisions on quality when not clearly within defined parameters.

-Handle all levels of administrative support Junior Admin to Senior EA (document control, calendar management, etc.)

-Maintain inventory of material and replenishes as needed.

-Adheres to SOP's, procedures and work instructions.

-Handle high call volume on a regular basis

-Performs other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

-2 - 3 years of office experience and/or training is preferred.

-Must have basic mathematical skills (fractions. ratios, rulers and decimals) and strong computer skills

-Must have experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook & Excel), AS400, Salesforce, etc.

-Must be able to work well with others and in a high pressure environment.

-Must have good problem solving skills and communication skills

-Must be able to maintain good attendance.
