Hiring for a Customer Service Representative with Medical Device and or Laboratory equipment background at a Top organization in Norwood!

Pay rate based on experience!!

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing superior customer service to domestic and international customers. This role processes customer orders, responds to customer inquiries, and answers product questions in an accurate and timely manner while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

- Prepare quotes, provide pricing and availability to customers using corporate guidelines.

- Create, enter, and manage orders from customers via all contact methods: phone, email, and fax.

- Perform with a high degree of accuracy on order entries for domestic and international customers.

- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Advanced Instruments products and services.

- Respond to all customer queries (e.g. order status, product information, certificates of compliance, proof of delivery information, etc.)

- Update customer information in order management system.

- Act as point of contact for information and return coordination for recall activities.

- Perform within the department-s established metrics and utilize company policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with Customer Service team on process improvement measures and company-wide goals.

- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

- Experience Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service position.

- Exceptional computer skills & phone etiquette.

- Excellent customer service, multi-tasking, and organization capabilities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education Requirements:

- Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to use basic office equipment: computer, printer, copier, telephone, etc.

- Must be able to remain stationary for long periods of time.

- Must be capable of communicating effectively with customers.
