**Job Description**


Hiring for an Experienced Customer Service Specialist/ Contract Administrator for an industry-leading manufacturing company in Stoughton!


We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Associate to assist our customers with processing and fulfilling sales orders


Mid-Career /Full time role


In this role, you will be connecting and creating the moments that make a difference in each customer-s day. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized team player with excellent communication skills and have the ability to handle multiple tasks with a demonstrated affinity for both sales and customer service. This individual must have an incredibly positive and upbeat personality, possess outstanding organizational skills and be able to multi-task.


Job Requirements:

Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries professionally & efficiently

Leverage and expand existing relationships by entering sales orders accurately and in a timely manner

Understand and interpret sales contracts

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to be forwarded to our engineering team

Communicate order status updates and new product announcements to customers

Manage and maintain our customer database of prospects, leads, and clients


Experience and Skills:

- 3-5 years customer service/order entry experience in a business-to-business (B2B) manufacturing environment.

- Experience with Defense customers/contracts

- Previous experience using an ERP system

- Prior experience using CRM (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics, ACT, Goldmine, etc.)

- Ability to perform under pressure of deadlines, while managing multiple orders and sales initiatives.

- Ability to understand and interpret sales contracts

- High-level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Education:

- 4-year college degree preferred but not required. Technical degree is preferred.
