+ $15.00 - $17.00 / hour | Depending on Experience



+ Monday Friday | Choice of Schedule

+ 8:00 am 4:30 pm with 30-minute lunch break

+ 7:30 am 4:30 pm with 60-minute lunch break


+ Positive with a can-do attitude who works well with others and thrives in a past-pace environment

+ Friendly and empathetic while providing impeccable customer service skills

+ Professional communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

+ Time management master with the acute ability to prioritize


+ Answer inbound calls and research customer service history in database

+ Create and dispatch new service request orders

+ Scan and index completed work orders by using DocuWare software. Maintain bad index report

+ Review previous days invoices against completed work orders to ensure billing accuracy

+ Using internal documents, find any errors and notify the biller

+ Process corrected invoices for distribution to customers

+ Scan and e-mail invoices to all customers requiring electronic invoices

+ Accept and process customer credit card payments

+ Maintain records of completed work and provide copies as needed

+ Maintain compliance engine sites by scanning documents to web sites

+ Notify field Franchise Owners and Technicians of customers inquiries to reach resolution

+ Coordinate phone coverage with billing department


+ Sit for extended periods of time

+ Use computer keyboard and mouse for lengthy periods of time

+ Visual attention to computer monitors for prolonged periods of time


+ High School Diploma **OR** GED **OR** Equivalent Experience

+ 2+ years customer service experience

+ Typing speed 45-55 WPM

+ Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

+ Basic understanding of accounting terminology


+ Record retention and disposition experience

+ Service order dispatch experience

+ Typing speed 85 WPM

+ Bilingual: English / Spanish
