Kelly Services is Recruiting for a Direct Hire- Customer Services Specialist Role in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Monday - Friday with Rotating Saturdays.


Pay: $13 per hour


The Owner Care Specialist is responsible for assisting Club Owners with account assistance, reservations, resort information and for generating revenue through the conversion of inbound calls to reservations and selling ancillary products with reservation bookings. Owner Services Specialists must have a strong in bound sales competency to achieve required revenue goals.


**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**


+ Answers phone calls using proper telephone etiquette using guided scripting.

+ Drives revenue generation by turning every call in to a reservation opportunity, increasing arrivals and increasing tour flow

+ Possesses knowledge of owner records, reservation and billing systems

+ Upsells trip protection and upgrading reservations products

+ Documents contacts using SF.com and TSW or SPI systems

+ Answers guest questions about attractions and resort amenities

+ Maintains neatness of work area

+ Other duties as assigned


General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.


**Job Requirements**


Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:


+ High School Diploma/GED, prefer some college

+ Experience working with Owners in a timeshare call center

+ Experience with inbound phone sales

+ Bilingual is a plus


**Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:**


+ Intermediate computer skills

+ Attention to detail

+ Inbound phone sales skills

+ Customer Service skills

+ Ability to work with minimal supervision

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Flexible schedule while shifts are static they are subject to change with proper notice due to business needs

+ Ability to work some holidays and weekends as needed are a must

+ Shift: Additional hours may be necessary to meet deadlines and business needs
