Description **Job Description**

- Customer Service Support Specialist with either Technical, Oil & Gas, Logistics, IT related knowledge for a transportation and logistics solutions based company.

Our client is seeking the prime candidate who has the ability to focus on their business as they work to implement and execute a customized strategy to meet customer Service goals and exceed the expectations of their customers.

*** Candidates with previous Transportation/Trucking/ Logistics experience, Veeder Root Fuel Management Knowledge, Incon, Tank Gauge & Valve control knowledge, IT savvy, technical & Dispatching Experience is a Major Plus*****

Must have Call Center or Dispatching experience with strong mechanical aptitude!!!

***Flexibility with Schedule is Key: Work hours are primarily 1st shift Hours with the occasional need to be available for 2nd shift and weekends***

- deal directly with customers and vendors either by telephone or electronically

- respond promptly to customer inquiries

- handle and resolve customer issues

- obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquires and problems

- process work orders

- record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints

- record details of action taken

- dispatch contractors

-Mechanical Aptitude is a Must

- Pump related knowledge is a major plus

- shipping clerk experience

Candidates with Veeder Root Fuel Management Knowledge, Incon, Tank Gauge & Valve control knowledge, IT savvy, technical & Truck Dispatching Experience is a Major Plus*

**Requirements**

- Must have a clear, professional and grammar error free resume (with consistent work history)

- Must have some level of technical sills

- Must have some experience in Call Center

- Industry preference: Oil/Gas, IT, Customer Service, Logistics

- Must be able to type 35-40 wpm
