Seeking for Web Savvy Customer Service Representatives in North Austin - 2nd shift only - .4 month contract.

Pay is $12ph - Hours are from 11am -6pm - Monday - Friday

Kelly Services has a great opportunity for a motivated, detailed oriented Web Savvy Customer service rep located in North Austin near Metric Blvd!

Our client handles incoming calls from customers with inquiries regarding order status, refunds and additional information. This position requires using multiple computer programs, someone who is computer savvy would be a great fit with great customer service skills.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Answering phones in a timely manner with a professional and pleasant demeanor. CSRs are responsible for monitoring their own phone status ('On Queue') to ensure they are able to take the next incoming call.

- Responding to emails within your event within 24 hours. This is a team effort and all CSRs must contribute as equally as possible. Contractually obligated to answer emails within one business day.

- Responding to live chats if required by the event. *Currently only one client uses chat. CSRs are responsible to ensure they are in `available- mode to receive the next incoming chat.

- Voicemail: Appointed CSRs will be responsible for checking and responding to voice mails on their assigned events every work day.
